I have been fortunate to be gifted with some of my gear (the ones with no price), or getting some things on sale (Like the 6D, which is still retailing for $900+). My gear is also expanding, and improving as my skills improve and I grow as a photographer. Without my gear, some of my photos would not be possible with editing alone.
